The POW BAR will be at the venue again this year as NISEKO CLASSIC OFFICIAL SPONSOR!
This will be the 11th NISEKO CLASSIC 2024 was held successfully from June 14th to 16th.
We, the official sponsors of NISEKO CLASSIC, POW BAR (The Pow Bar).
During the event, a special tent for The POW BAR was set up at the venue to distribute POW BAR natural energy bars to participating runners and also provided merchandise at the aid stations to cheer on the runners!
For us, participating in the tournament as a sponsor is not only a great opportunity to support the organizers and athletes, but also to actually interact with the athletes.
While distributing the Pow Bars, we had the opportunity to exchange many opinions with the athletes, including "What is the best energy food for cyclists?" and "The advantages and disadvantages of incorporating natural energy bars into competition."

Niseko will host the Gran Fondo World Championships organized by the UCI (Union Cycliste Internationale) in 2026.

Responsibilities of sponsors supporting the tournament
More than 1,100 people will participate in the tournament, and even more people will gather in the event, including the related population, which naturally results in a lot of waste being produced.
This includes food packages like ours.
Since our founding, Pauver has been searching for packaging materials with less environmental impact, but we have yet to come up with a satisfactory alternative.
Currently, The POW BAR is We are supporting the efforts of Repurpose Global ( @repurpose_global ).
The plan is to collect and recycle 11.25 times the amount of plastic* used in one energy bar during the production process. (Click here for details on the initiative)
Did you know that this applies not only to the POWBARs we sell, but also to samples we hand out at events?
This time A total of 1,392 Pau Bars were distributed at NISEKO CLASSIC 2024.
This will result in 1,392 PET bottles, or 25.056 kg of waste plastic, being collected from the environment.
