【Shipping Fees】
- Orders under ¥5,000: Flat rate ¥350 (Japan domestic)
- Orders ¥5,000 and over: Free shipping
For Okinawa:
- Up to ¥4,000: ¥350 shipping
- ¥4,001–¥9,999: ¥1,925 shipping
- ¥10,000 and over: Free shipping
【Shipping & Fulfillment Timing】
- Shipping Timing Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Please note that shipping may take longer during high-volume periods, inclement weather, or unexpected transit delays. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
- Tracking Number Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
- Holidays and Closures Our shipping department is closed on weekends and national holidays. Please note that shipping operations are also suspended during major holiday periods (Golden Week, Obon summer holidays, Silver Week, and New Year's).
