OFFICE & FACTORY [Full-time employee]

・Job Description: Operations Manager

General affairs (order and shipping, document management such as contracts, invoice issuance)

Sales promotion and event planning, general project management

Internal communication management, factory help

⭐︎This position is responsible for supporting the operations of the organization and ensuring that daily operations are carried out efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for process management, resource allocation, quality control, budget management and team leadership.

・No set contract period

・Trial period: There is a trial period (6 months) - to be determined based on experience

・Workplace OFFICE & FACTORY Niseko Town Motomachi 77-28

・Working hours : 8:30-17:30 - 8 hours actual work, flextime available upon request

・1 hour break

・Holidays: 120 days per year

・Overtime work available - Average of 30 hours or less per month

・Monthly salary 200,000 to 300,000 (with trial period)
