My name is Scott, the developer of POW BAR and the owner and chef of The POW BAR cafe.
This year, many people are worried about going out due to the effects of COVID-19. Obon has passed and it is already September. In Hokkaido, signs of autumn are beginning to drift. I wonder what this winter will be like... I've been spending my days thinking about this lately.
The POW BAR cafe opened on October 13, 2019, and the energy bar we had been producing since 2016 was rebranded as POW BAR.
"To enjoy being active 100%"
With this thought in mind, I continue to create.
If you are into snow sports, you may already know what we're talking about. We chose the three letters from POWDER to represent our energy bar, which is based in Niseko, the mecca for powder snow. And Niseko is visited by many people from overseas. We hope that this energy bar will become a symbol of Japan, and have incorporated the symbol of the Japan flag into the design.
POW BAR has partner shops all over Japan, from Kyushu in the south to Hokkaido in the north. Thanks to you, we have received many inquiries from people, and for those who still cannot deliver, we have decided to open a website.
We hope to post articles that will make you feel closer to The POW BAR, such as about our energy bars, cafe, event information, etc. We plan to continue adding more products so that you can purchase the snacks we make at the cafe.
